Ha! Look at those babies. It seems so long ago that this picture was taken. It was on New Year's Eve 2001. That may also have been the last time that I was actually awake to bring in the new year. Wait, if my memory is correct I'm pretty sure I feel asleep on that couch around 9:30pm...it is quite possible I have NEVER been awake at midnight on New Year's Eve!
We've been talking about resolutions with our girls the past few days and boy is it hard to explain them to a almost-5-year-old! All she could come up with on her own was-eat more cookies. I myself rarely make resolutions. I'm more of a "goal" girl. Having a whole year to work on something just seems like a procrastinators paradise. I like to have things that I can cross of quickly. It gives me the sense of accomplishment.
So here are the goals I've set for myself:

2. Have 10 items up for sale on my Etsy site by the end of January
3. Figure out how to use my Serger and Embroidery machines!!!
Yep, that's it! It may not seem like a lot but there are times when I'm really "hanging on by a thread" around here and it's going to take some determination and focus to get those things done!
