Despite the fact that there is rain EVERYDAY in the forecast this week I am bringing out the sandals and flip-flops and storing the boots for the summer.
I saw this useful tip on the Today show a few years ago and it's one of my favorite uses for empty wine bottles...and you know we are never without a few empties around our house!
The worst part about storing your boots is that they often end up looking like this:
They loose their shape and the leather boots can get creases in them.
The solution?
Empty wine bottles
They keep the shape of your boots and you get to drink wine-double bonus!
Very clever!
